HYT Packaging recently completed a full custom packaging project for an independent North American craft spirits brand, delivering a fully bespoke packaging set including custom-shaped flint glass liquor bottles, engraved T corks and branded surface finishing. This project shows how we help turn a brand's idea into glass packaging that's ready for production and meets export requirements. We use the same process for custom vodka glass bottle projects.

The brand came to us with a hand-drawn sketch for a small-batch whiskey. They wanted a bottle that felt good to hold and stood out on the shelf. It needed clear flint glass, a logo decal on the bottle body, and a matching cork with the same logo. It also had to work with their existing filling and capping line, with no changes to the equipment.
We worked with the brand from the start. First, we reviewed the sketch and made 3D renderings. We adjusted the bottle's form and dimensions back and forth till it checked out visually and fit their filling setup perfectly. When the brand gave the design the green light, we built a sample to review its appearance, weight, and seal. We did two rounds of mold tweaks after that to get the grip, weight, and logo depth just right. The final sample met the brand's expectations. That process also works for custom vodka glass bottle designs.
Once the sample was signed off, we moved to mould hardening and trial production, followed by full batch manufacturing, frosted surface finishing, embossing inspection and custom cork engraving. Before shipment, the whole batch passed leakage testing and food contact compliance checks required for the North American market. The finished glass bottles deliver premium crystal clarity, a comfortable hand feel and consistent sealing performance, perfectly fitting the brand's filling line and retail positioning.
This project is a typical example of our custom packaging workflow for craft beverage brands. For custom vodka glass bottle projects, we can develop a new mold, make a small trial run, or handle large export orders. We can work with your launch plans to find an MOQ that fits. Whether you're making whiskey, rum, gin, brandy, or fruit wine, our design, molding, and decoration teams can help turn your ideas into custom glass packaging.
