The company initially focused on the domestic Chinese market and began expanding its export business in 2008. Integrated Manufacturing and Production Equipment

HYT Packaging's production capabilities cover raw material selection and batching, glass melting, bottle forming, annealing, post-production processing, inspection and packaging. Its facilities are equipped with automated batching production lines, high-efficiency melting control systems, dual-drop and single-drop bottle-making machines, printing equipment and automated packaging lines.

In 2022, the Guangdong factory added two new production furnaces, increasing its annual production capacity to approximately 6 million bottles. The automated packaging system supports palletizing, bundling, heat shrinking and case packing for finished products.

This production infrastructure allows HYT Packaging to support both standard packaging requirements and customized bottle projects while coordinating different stages of manufacturing and post-processing.

Custom Bottle Development from Concept to Production

HYT Packaging provides a one-stop customization process for customers developing new packaging. Projects can begin with a customer's drawing, physical sample or initial bottle concept. The technical team reviews the design and evaluates its production feasibility before preparing a technical drawing for customer approval.

After the design is confirmed, HYT Packaging develops the sample mold and produces bottle samples for evaluation. If decoration is required, decorated samples can also be prepared. Once the sample is approved and the order is confirmed, production molds are completed and mass production begins.

The customization process covers bottle design and mold making, glass bottle production, cap and stopper matching, decoration, quality inspection, packaging and transportation.

Decoration Options for Custom Packaging

Surface decoration is an important part of custom bottle development. HYT Packaging provides several decoration methods, including decals, labels, screen printing, hot stamping and electroplating.

Additional finishing options include gradient coloration, full or selective frosting, ceramic heat-transfer decals and metallic coatings. Decoration methods can be selected according to the bottle design, artwork, desired finish and production requirements.

HYT Packaging can also coordinate bottle caps and stoppers as part of the overall packaging project, helping customers manage multiple packaging components through one supplier.

Consistent quality is an important consideration in custom glass bottle production. HYT Packaging uses automated inspection equipment for in-line product inspection and maintains quality control procedures throughout production, decoration and packaging.
