Customization Process

We have been committed to being a solution provider to our clients for a one-stop shop service, including open mould, produce sample, mass production, decoration, packing, and shipment. At HYT, we offer the whole package for spirits.

Bottle body design and mold making, glass bottle production, bottle cap and stopper matching, decoration, packaging (carton/partition/pallet), quality inspection, and transportation.

The process of spirit bottle customization:

Step 1: Create technical drawing of the requested bottle shape Or clients provide the drawing, HYT analyze the technical feasibility and adjust if necessary. This step can be completed within 3 days.

Step 2: Make a 2D drawing for the client’s approval. Proceed to the next step if the customer is satisfied.

Step 3: Open the sample mould / 1 set ，it will take about 15 to 20 days.

Step 4: Produce bottle samples for clients’ approval and make decorated samples if needed.

Step 5: Order confirmed, finish mass production moulds.

Step 6: Start mass production of bottles.

Step 7: Professional QC conducts quality inspection and guarantees.

Step 8: Decorate the bottles according to the customer's needs.

Step 9: Automated packaging and shipment.
