Qingdao HYT Import & Export Co., Ltd., is a China provider of custom glass container packaging services. Providing packaging components since 1980, with roots in the packaging industry stretching back nearly 100 years. Over the years, our products and services have earned a strong reputation in global markets, and we maintain long-term, friendly partnerships with leading companies in more than 30 countries, including the United States, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, and India.
Our main products include all kinds of glass packaging, such as spirit bottles (like vodka bottles, brandy bottles, rum bottles, whisky bottles, gin bottles, etc.), glassware, perfume bottles, glass jars, ceramic bottles, aluminum bottles, plastic bottles, and corresponding accessories. We offer one-stop customization services based on client concepts or provided samples and drawings.
HYT® boasts a team of experienced technical professionals and management personnel. The factory is certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the ISO 14000 Environmental Management System, and has passed a provincial-level clean production audit. It is equipped with fully automated production and processing equipment, as well as advanced automated row-forming production lines, covering every stage from raw material selection and batching to melting, forming, annealing, post-decoration processing, inspection, and packaging. As a Chinese enterprise with a comprehensive packaging industrial system and export trade service system, our products, which we design and manufacture, are highly competitive in terms of both price and quality.
From custom glass bottle production, cap matching, and decorative finishing to final global logistics and distribution, we are committed to handling the complexities ourselves so that our clients can focus on simplicity. Our History
1980
Qingdao HYT Import & Export Co., Ltd. is backed by our parent company, Phoenix Packaging, which was established in 1980. HYT Packaging specializes in the production of glass bottles and glassware, primarily serving the domestic Chinese market. From the very beginning, we built our foundation on traditional craftsmanship, rigorous quality control, and a deep understanding of local market demands, quickly establishing ourselves as a trusted supplier within the industry.
2008
In 2008, as global trade became the norm and our domestic business matured, HYT® began expanding into overseas markets. Our export office and warehouse are located in Qingdao, providing convenient access for client visits and logistics. This strategic move allowed us to leverage Qingdao's excellent port facilities and logistical advantages, ensuring timely delivery and efficient supply chain management for our international clients.
2012
2012 marked a year of strategic repositioning for HYT's export product portfolio. We shifted our focus to the spirits packaging market, emphasizing specialized customization and post-processing decoration. Consequently, we established state-of-the-art post-processing and decoration facilities in Sichuan, Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Zhejiang, and Hebei. This expansion enabled us to offer a comprehensive range of value-added services, from intricate design to premium finishing.
2022
In 2022, the Guangdong, Chongqing, Zhejiang, and Hebei factories added two new production furnaces each, doubling annual production capacity to 6 million bottles. This significant investment in advanced manufacturing technology not only boosted our output but also enhanced our ability to handle large-scale orders with shorter lead times, further solidifying our position as a reliable partner for global brands.
Now
HYT® now boasts advanced automated batching production lines, high-efficiency automated melting control, eight sets of dual-drop bottle-making machines, single-drop bottle-making machines, high-speed printing presses, 6-color printing presses, and automated packaging lines, enabling automated palletizing, bundling, heat shrinking, and case packing. Backed by an experienced technical team, we provide one-stop customization services for spirits distilleries and brands, with clients spanning the United States and the European Union.
