The Cork Body

Natural cork compresses on insertion and expands against the bottle wall, forming a seal that holds liquids without threads or gaskets. Cork density (0.15–0.25 g/cm³) and moisture content (6–8%) are controlled so the stopper seals first time and does not crumble on removal.

The Plastic Top

The PP top is food-grade, washable, and available in any Pantone color. Tops can be round, square, faceted, or custom-shaped, with embossing or printing. For premium programs we also offer wooden tops and metal-effect finishes.

Bonding and Durability

The cork-to-top bond is tested for pull strength - a consumer pulls the stopper hundreds of times over a bottle's life, and the top must stay on the cork. Our bond test targets a minimum pull resistance well above normal hand force.
